Magnesium concentration in the cerebrospinal fluid was evaluated following treatment of different magnesium compounds available, including Magnesium L-Threonate; the most bioavailable inorganic magnesium, magnesium chloride; and the most bioavailable organic magnesium, magnesium gluconate, found in milk.
